Night walk through the theatre in the medieval Bautzen castle in Saxony. On Christmas Eve different objects here woke up and became the real actors. For this night there were no people on stage, just real objects, which transformed different spaces in the theatre to their personal stages.
All these objects also took part in the exhibition “HeimaTraum” by director Georg Genoux and scenographer Anastasia Tarkhanova in Thespis Center Bautzen (sociocultural center of the Deutsch-Sorbisches Volkstheater in Bautzen).
Especially for this exhibition, Bautzen citizens and people who came here from all over the world brought their personal things, which helped them to tell their stories about "Heimat" or "Home".
On 28th of January at the Deutsch Sorbisches Volkstheater there will be the performance, based on these stories. On stage will be together people from different generations, countries and political views with their objects and stories. Different, but all together.
